I brought a group of women to M³ as part of a program supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and it ended up being one of the most powerful and healing sessions we’ve had. From the moment we walked in, Aaron and William created a space that felt safe, welcoming, and deeply thoughtful. They also spent significant time before the session, spending time to ask me insightful questions about the needs and goals for our class. 


They led the session in a way that was truly trauma-informed: gentle, grounded, and free of pressure. Their awareness and sensitivity were evident in every part of the experience, from the way they curated movements to how they offered choice and autonomy.


Many of the women were stepping into a yoga class for the first time, and they walked out feeling more connected to themselves and more at peace than I’ve seen in weeks. I’m so grateful to  

M³  for not just offering a class, but holding space for healing. We’ll carry the impact of that session with us for a long time.
